- Compact 5 1/4" x 3" hasp body holds a specially designed lockout tag and secures with a padlock (sold separately)
- Hasp is lightweight, durable, all-dielectric plastic
- Insert the open end of the 1/4" wide loop to lockout the device
- Hangs by 1 3/8" x 2 3/4" closed oval loop
- Fill out lockout tag and insert the top hole over the octagon-shaped tab inside the hasp
- Close down the 2 1/4" octagon panel to hold the tag in place
- Lockout message and sign off information stays visible
- Slip the open loop end into the open side of the hasp and brace in place securely by up to three padlocks (sold separately)
- Can meet the device needs in accordance to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147
