- Slide the inner body upward to release locking loop from the outer sleeve
- Insert the open end of the loop 1/4" wide loop to lock out the device
- Place locking loop back into the designated slot and slide body into sleeve
- Hangs by the 1 1/4" x 3 1/2" closed oval loop
- Secure with up to 12 padlocks (sold separately)
- Can meet the device needs in accordance to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147
