Panel nests half way for compact storage. 1-5/8" thick tapered panel measures 3-1/2"W on top and 5"W on bottom. Base is weighted for stability in windy conditions. Base includes mounting holes for semi-permanent anchoring (hardware not included). Measures 22-5/8"H overall. Easy assembly.
