Vibco Pneumatic Piston Vibrator - 55-2

BV series are foot mount Ball style vibrators, designed for applications requiring medium amounts of vibration. Threaded exhaust port allows for porting air to remote location if necessary. 80 PSI max. operating pressure, 6500 VPM, at 20 CFM of air, with 600 lbs of force. Ball style vibrators must have a filter regulator and lubricator for proper operation. Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.

50 series Pneumatic Piston Vibrator, Silent air cushioned style. Nominal 1" dia. piston. Three piece steel construction. 6500 vibrations per minute (VPM) @ 80 psi (max. operating pressure). 5 CFM. All piston style vibrators must have a Filter-Regulator and Lubricator for proper operation.

VS series Silent Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator. Built in exhaust muffler. Aluminum housing standard (Cast Iron available). 10,500 VPM, 5.5 CFM, @ 80 PSI, with 75 lbs. of force. 67 dB. No lubrication required. Factory recommends filter-regulator for optimum life & performance.

Threaded exhaust port allows for porting air to remote location if necessary. 80 PSI max. operating pressure, 5000 VPM, at 18 CFM, with 670 lbs of force. 74 dB. No lubrication required. A filter regulator is recommended for optimum life & performance. Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.

BB series are dual mount Ball style vibrators designed for applications requiring small to medium amounts of vibration. Threaded exhaust port allows for porting air to remote location if necessary. 60 PSI max. operating pressure, 15500 VPM, at 11 CFM of air, with 250 lbs of force. Ball style vibrators must have a filter regulator and lubricator for proper operation. Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
