The BA3054 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. The BA3054 is simple to install and operate. The BA3054 curb is manufactured from 11GA aluminum and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 11GA aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BA3054 has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is mill.

The BRHPG30X54S1T curb is manufactured from 14 galvanized steel and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 14GA galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BRHPG30X54S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is red oxide powder coat.

Engineered with mineral wool fiber insulation to assist in reducing heat transfer in the event of a fire and a 1" exposed face flange for installation in most material substrates. Standard latching is keyed lock/knurled knob.
