Mastercool® Backpack

Mastercool® introduces the newest members of its handheld hydraulic line of tubing tools. These new kits are an upgrade to the existing hydra-swage expanding kits, allowing the user to easily make OEM flares with a pump of the handle. The 7 head kit consists of expander heads 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1-1/8", Hydra-Swage 71601, Adapter, Inner-Outer Reamer, and hydraulic flaring accessory 71680 packaged in a blow-molded case.

This eccentric flaring tool is the only tool on the market to cover up to 7/8" making the job of the HVAC/R technician easier every day. Its automatic torque release prevents cracking of copper caused by over flaring. Flares 6 sizes: 1⁄4, 3/8, 1⁄2, 5/8, 3⁄4, 7/8" outer dimension tubing.
