Supreme™ water bath warmers are stainless steel with a black thermoset plastic top and bottom that eliminate the visibility of fingerprints. Suprem™ merchandising warmers feature an adjustable thermostat that senses the temperature of the food and turns a 500 watt heating element on or off as needed to eliminate burning or scorching. And a water fill line within the well eliminates overflow accidents.
This model has a pump and spout warmer that dispenses opposite instrument panel side from a #10 can or 3 quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar (#242813) (not included). A 1 ounce (30 mL) serving is the maximum portion which can be reduced in 1/4 ounce (7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. This unit features a precalibrated thermostat to enusre accurate heat control and a stainless steel pump with captured valve balls that eliminate product loss. NEW This unit now encludes (3) magnetic merchandising signs: Cheese, Fudge and Caramel.
