The holder and wire coil (one spool of wire 98ft., 0.008" diameter is included) may be shifted and adjusted along the overarm to enable miter cutting. Cons: Item is small so cutting larger pieces may pose an issue.

Hot Wire Cutter Thermocut 115/E

Your review: Works great. I purchased this specifically so my 4th graders could safely cut all their own ca. mission project parts. Potential burns seem better than lacerations with razor cutters! I have already seen their imaginations soar with other possibilities.

Pros: the wire is held tight and the overall table design is easy to use. The fence and protractor work great

Cons: The wire spool needs some sort of cover to keep the spool wire tight on the spool. Wish the table grid was measured in inches. instead of metrics. Needs a circle cutting attachment. I will probably modify the fence and/ or protractor for this need.

Your review: Received on time

Pros: Exactly what I ordered

Cons: None

Your review: This wire cutter takes a few minutes to assemble carefully, and don't tighten down the wire holding nut to tight as it will continuously shear the wire. it doesn't take much to hold the wire the act of pushing foam against it causes no strain whatsoever. Aside from that, it is a GREAT tool for a GREAT price. If you need one - buy it here. It works fantastically and seems quite durable (I bought it for student use and they didn't break the wire even once).
