The ScaleBreak® PulseFlo™ GDS-400 is a heavy-duty, high-flow descaling system designed for large-volume industrial cleaning applications. Featuring a powerful 95 GPM pump, large-diameter hoses, and a 50-gallon vented tank, it rapidly circulates descaling solutions through boilers, chillers, Furnaces, condensers, Vacuum pumps, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, water-cooled rolls, and other large process systems. Its integrated flow reversal valve enables instant direction changes without disconnecting hoses, improving deposit removal, eliminating dead zones, and maximizing chemical effectiveness. Built with rugged polyethylene construction and acid-resistant components, the GDS-400 is engineered for long-term reliability in demanding environments. Despite its industrial-grade performance, the compact design provides excellent maneuverability, helping maintenance teams complete large-scale descaling projects faster, safer, and more efficiently.
