The worst spooling cable in history!!!!

Your review: the cable itself is great, but in all my life of pulling cable I have never seen a box of cable spool so badly. the cable was just thrown into a box that was way too big for it. the cable was tossed all over the box during shipping and therefore was tangled all over itself upon arrival. it would not spool at all at the beginning and i had to cut off and sacrifice almost 50 feet of the tangled cable just to get the cable to start to spool!!!! we generally pull 6-8 runs of the this cable at a time, and I would honestly say that if i were to have to pull multiple runs of this particular cable at the same time, that would my biggest nightmare! i would rather sort out my Mom's giant box of knitting balls than even try to spool cable out of one of those boxes. The PM team has reached out to the customer to see if they could be of assistance in this matter.
