The Forney® Frontline™ 12A Manual-Style Battery Charger combines classic, hands-on charging with modern safety features. Designed for 6-volt and 12-volt lead-acid batteries-including STD: Wet, EFB, MF, Ca, Deep-cycle; AGM; and Gel types-it offers two selectable charge rates (2 A and 12 A DC) for everything from utility batteries to larger automotive and deep-cycle units up to 120 amp-hours.

Instead of digital menus or complex modes, the Frontline™ 12 uses a simple control panel, giving users a clear view of charge settings. You choose the output (2 A or 12 A) and monitor progress yourself-delivering manual-style control while keeping key electronic protections in place. The 2-amp setting supports slower, steady charging and maintenance, while the 12-amp setting helps bring larger batteries back toward operating voltage more quickly when used as directed.

Practical design details make it easy to live within the shop or garage: a fold-down carry handle simplifies transport and storage, and an integrated rear cord wrap keeps both the AC power cord and DC leads neatly organized between uses. A durable steel housing helps the unit stand up to everyday bumps, dirt, and shop wear. 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m) 18 GA AC power cord and 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) 16 AWG DC charging leads.
