Upright passes through the side outlet tee for precise placement of each horizontal rail. Pipe fittings are made from galvanized iron for long lasting durability and corrosion resistance. Fitting locks onto 1-1/4" diameter pipe with hardened set screws (included) for secure connection. Anchor hole is slightly larger than ½" diameter.
