Slotted Group Lock Box
Lock boxes are great for work team situations involving multiple workers and energy sources. Made of heavy gauge steel. Carry handle for portability. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements for tagout devices. Measures 6" x 10-1/4" x 4-1/4". Slotted Lockbox simplifies lockout of large equipment. All keys for machine are placed in box; up to 13 workers can attach a personal lock. Insures that no worker has access to box unless all workers have removed their lock or tag.
