BIG BERTHA 12 Volt DC dump body vibrators are ideal for field or mobile applications, available in 12 & 24 DC, Factory set to 3500 lbs of force, 60 amps, 4000 RPM, special duty. Field adjustable force 1500 lbs to 3500 lbs. Mounting Kit (carbon steel mounting plate, bolts, and washers), & Wiring Kit (34 feet of #4 AWG cable, 20 feet #16MTW, 7 ring terminals, push button switch, solenoid, and circuit breaker) included for easy installation. Stainless Steel, Aluminum Mounting Plate and Channel Iron available.

VS series silent turbine vibrators have a built in muffler, available in cast iron housing. 80 PSI max operating pressure, 4500 VPM, 21 CFM, 900 lbs of force. No lubrication required Factory recommended filter regulator for optimum life and performance.

12 Volt DC "SandBuster" line of vibrators (also available in 24V, please call for pricing) are ideal for field or mobile applications, 1000 lbs of force, 32 amps, 5000 RPM, special duty. Wiring kits available for easy installation. Fuseable connection also recommended.

BV series are dual mount Ball style vibrators, designed for applications requiring medium amounts of vibration. Threaded exhaust port allows for porting air to remote location if necessary. 80 PSI max. operating pressure, 16000 VPM, at 11 CFM of air, with 260 lbs of force. Ball style vibrators must have a filter regulator and lubricator for proper operation. Exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
