Great product!

Your review: I must have browsed more than a hundred shop stools/chairs before I found this one. I wanted something elegant, natural materials, no plastic surface that can rip. Very comfortable even with its "hard" wood surfaces.

Pros: Wood surfaces (can be refinished if needed), solid design, easy to assemble, also looks elegant! When a chair is designed right, even harder surfaces as wood can be comfortable for sitting on for hours!

shop Stool

Your review: good little shop stool. comfy, only critical aspect is that the seat is very smooth and can make you feel like your sliding off of it.

Pros: small foot print swivels back support lifts up down pneumatic

Cons: wood is soft and scratches easy. Smooth seat feels like you will slide off of it.

Guitar Player's Stool

Your review: I'm a jazz guitar student and this Stool works out pretty well for long guitar practice sessions. It was easy to put together, stays in place and is comfortable. The back rest is a bit upright and I'm planning to actually bend it back about 5 degrees however, even if I don't modify the back, the stool is certainly comfortable enough to use as-is.

Pros: Solid, Easy Assembly, Nice finish.

Cons: Back rest is a bit too upright.

Your review: We bought seven of these chairs and were well packed, easy to assemble and quite sturdy. The finish on the wood was nicer than I would expect for the price.

Pros: Nice industrial look, the wood is a good 1/4" inch thicker than I would have expected the chair back has good lumbar support. This is a nice product well priced and I expect they will last a long time.

Cons: none at this time

Swivel Stool

For the price, it's great.

Your review: Other chairs I looked at [elsewhere] would've cost over $200 and some were closer to $500. For much less, I ordered this and am very pleased. It's not perfect; but for the price it's a super value. I am very satisfied with what it is for the money. The metal parts are solid and the wood is solid. (What don't I like? The wood has small marks on it, cosmetic flaw only, and the seat is flat so I slide a little sometimes and the back is on springs which seem like they'll break--but they haven't. That's it.) Global shipped very promptly. It was delivered quickly. Assembling it took two minutes. All in all, I'm pleased.

Handsome Design and Comfortable

Your review: Beautiful design. Solid construction. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. I purchased one to use in my workshop, and I am considering getting another to use in my office. I especially like the molded plywood seat and back. At $90, this stool is an exceptional value, but I would pay twice that if it was manufactured in the United States.

Wooden Swivel Stool

Your review: This shop stool is perfect! It took about one minute to put it together and begin using it right away. The seat is very smooth and comfortable and it's very easy to adjust the height to whatever level I need. I really enjoy the ease of the swivel and know it will be used for years to come. Your review: I expected a little better for the money. I tend to slide off a little bit. The adjustable height doesn't stay completely up when you adjust it all the way up. It tends to drop a bit.

Comfortable and handy

Your review: I've ordered two of these chairs. It is easy to assemble when every part is fabricated correctly. The first one went together easily; the second didn't. The threads on the knob which adjusts the back rest were not machined properly. Not surprisingly, there was no part description to refer to. When I called, Global people were very helpful and immediately sent me a whole new chair. This is great service. The product is quite comfortable, even if the directions are inadequate. This is a minor complaint, because assembly is so intuitive "even a cave man can do it."
