The HJ-12NP is a hinge anti-static connector that allows a pipe to rotate 360 degrees around another perpendicular pipe. This feature enables the creation of a multitude of rotating modules on Flexpipe structures. We use this hinge joint at Flexpipe to build doors, movable separations, and folding shelves. The 2 hole - pivot joint is an external fastening method that is lightweight yet sturdy. This connector can either mount to the end of a profile, which would require an end tap, or the insert tabs can be removed for mounting directly to the T-slot without any required machining services. The insert tabs include both an M8 and M10 size. The screws on the arms can be adjusted for movement or fixed in one position. Merit 316 SS Schedule 40 Tee 1-1/4 Butt-Weld Female Butt welding is the most preferred method to join pipe connections. Butt Weld fittings need to have the same wall thickness and diameter of the pipe they are connecting. The pipe and the fitting are both beveled. This allows the ends to butt together, which forms a groove to hold the weld filler. Advantages of utilizing Butt Weld fittings are lower cost, less maintenance and they are stronger than threaded joints.
