Steel Roof Hatch Designed to Provide Convenient, Economical Access to the Roof of a Building. Each unit comes with an insulated, self-flashing, 12"High curb and a staple for a padlock on the inside and outside. Each unit is supplied with lift assisting mechanisms and an automatic hold open arm. Self latching zinc plated outside T handle & inside stainless steel slam lock. 1 Latch. The BA3054 roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. The BA3054 is simple to install and operate. The BA3054 curb is manufactured from 11GA aluminum and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 11GA aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1" thick rigid insulation. The BA3054 has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is mill.
