The 36V system includes an automatic braking feature once the throttle is moved to neutral, holding the load in place even on a ramp or incline. A push-too-fast safety prevents runaway situations, even in free-wheel mode. The variable speed throttle controls movement up to 3.8 mph forward and 2.5 mph in reverse. Permissive interlock feature prevents accidental activation of propulsion while operating the halo hook or tilting the rack. The halo hook actuator positions hook without operator's hands near the tank or hook. Two halo hooks are standard - one for 20" Dewars and one for 26" Dewars. Fold down the nose plate to carry up to four high-pressure cylinders (with optional retention bar). Standard single retractable ratchet strap provides load containment. No certification required to operate. Unit comes standard with 36V propulsion system, 800w motor, 36V battery box assembly, AC charger. This model is equipped with 13" maintenance-free foam filled wheels. Recharge time is 6 hours. Duty cycle is 6 hours continuous and 9 hours intermittent.
