The pneumatic strap sealer is a pressure type sealer which tightens, and seals economical polypropylene strapping around packages or bundles. The overlapped polyester band is welded by heat pressure in approximately 2 to 5 sec. The lightweight build allows easy maneuverability. It works with 3/4" to 1" wide straps with a thickness of .02 to .04. The sealer requires an air-filter-regulator, a minimum hose inside diameter of 1/4", and air pressure of 72 to 100 PSI.
