The LUCAS® 2 Rechargeable Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery provides power for compatible LUCAS® chest compression systems during mechanical CPR. The battery is designed to support reliable device operation during resuscitation efforts. Under typical conditions, the battery provides approximately 45 minutes of operation. The battery can be charged in the device using the external power supply or car cable, typically reaching a full charge in less than two hours. The LUCAS® Car Cable allows compatible LUCAS® chest compression systems to be powered from a vehicle power source. The cable connects the device to a 12–28V DC vehicle outlet, allowing continued operation during patient transport. When connected, the cable supports prolonged operation of the device and can also charge the battery while installed in the device. Under normal conditions, the battery can reach a full charge in less than two hours when powered by the car cable. Designed for use with LUCAS® 2 and LUCAS® 3 Chest Compression Systems.
