This Hot Topping Warmer is a water bath warmer that is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature. It's constructed of stainless steel for durability and includes a pump. To eliminate burning or scorching, this unit features a precalibrated thermostat that senses the food temperature and turns a 500 watt heating element on or off as needed. This model dispenses from a #10 can (of topping) or 3 quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar (#242813) (not included).
This unit features a stainless steel pump with captures valve balls to eliminate loss and a water fill line to eliminate overflow accidents.
