Cabinet is made of sturdy aluminum and has heavy-duty channel construction for long lasting durability and dependability. Air baffle and circulating air blower provides even heat distribution. Appliance features electronically controlled heating and humidifying systems designed to keep food products fresh during storage or transport. Easy dual proof / heat control provides optimum performance. "Proof" mode - humidity ranges from 30% to 95%, temperature up to 115°F (46°C). "Heat" mode - nominal temperature is up to 180°F (82° C). Tight fitting, lift off clear door with a gasket installed inside the frame. Protective 4 corner bumpers and removable drip pan included. 5" polyurethane plate casters with dual brakes provide easy maneuverability; meets cUL standards.
