Cylinder hand truck is made of welded tubular steel for strength and includes a safety chain to help secure the cylinder. Shipped assembled.
Liquid Cylinder Truck is designed to move liquid cylinder tanks with a diameter up to 20". Three-wheeled design offers excellent maneuverability. Rolls smoothly on (2) rigid 10" x 2-½" polyurethane wheels and (1) 8" x 2" total lock (wheel brake and swivel lock) caster.
