The New Solaira ICR Series electric infrared heaters represent the evolution of engineered short wave heating technology. ICR Series Heaters produce short wave length infrared that convert 92% of consumed energy to instant, controllable, directional heat. This heating technology is not affected by wind or draft as it warms people, objects and things and not the air. Features include: Powder coated aircraft aluminum body which includes mounting brackets. Engineered for wall and ceiling mounting. Clearance requirements as low as 6" for wall mount and 4.5" for ceiling mount. Heater can also be recessed. When recess mounting the heater it must be installed with an enclosure box made from 1 hour fire rated material ( contractor to supply and install ) along with recess kit part # SICR-H3-TRMB. Black powder coat finish. 6' hard wire power cord. Indoor or outdoor rated for wet/dry locations.
